Menu font is huge (#1531)

Font size for menu item and subitems (except File menu) is huge - about 3 times bigger that text in the options form.

I use System DPI settings in application and

Windows compartibility settingf for this application -

"Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by: Application"
