Reverse engineer SQL-Server (#1557)

If I use the reverse engineering to load a database structure from a SQL-Server, nor the field description neither the default values are loaded. With this, it is quite impossible to use the tool to document an existing database or even to work with one. So it would be a good extention to load descriptions and defaults.

Thank you for your notice. I can reproduce the problem with default values, but not the one with descriptions. They should be loaded from database to entity description field. Which database server do you use?

Just checked with the latest version. Defaults are loaded now, but not the descriptions. I send you some screenshot to your email.
