Right hand pane ignores resizing by the User. (#217)

By the 'right pane' I mean the pane to the right with the Project, Properties, Styles etc tabs.

This pane is resizable. However after resizing it when you select a different tab it just jumps back to the size it wants to be, ignoring the size selected by the user.

This is unfortunate because SIM has panes on the left and right hand size of the page which do not support undocking so your horizontal page width is already very restricted.

Thanks for your notice. It happens when there is only one open panel (e.g. Project) inside the right pane - I will fix it.

From version 6, the docking and undocking is supported. Just click on title bar of panel and drag it to any place.
