When the toolbox is docked on the right it cannot be resized. (#453)

When the toolbox is docked on the right it cannot be resized. This is particularly annoying as there is no autohide option for the sidebar containing the Styles pane, neither can the toolbox be integrated into the sidebar containing the Styles pane. So I always have to have both the Styles pane and toolbox visible which leaves very little space for actually diagramming so I'm constantly having to resize the windows.

The toolbox really needs to be able to be integrated into the sidebar.

I think I've suggested this before but I strongly suggest that you just use an off the shelf windowing system like Telerik or something, because to be brutally honest your efforts to roll your own are just letting down what is otherwise an impressive piece of software.
