If you created a E-R diagram by your database using Database Import tool (Ribbon/Process tab/Reverse Engineering group/Database button), you can update your model and diagrams.
First open the diagram you want to update, then open the Database Import tool again (Ribbon/Process tab/Reverse Engineering group/Database button). Confirm the message box with question 'Do you want to update the database from...'. Confirm the shown dialog with OK button. The diagram will be updated.
