If you want to activate the Standard edition for non-commercial use, go to the menu File/Help, then choose Change edition, then in the displayed dialog choose Standard edition. (Alternatively, you can click on the Standard Non-Commercial button in the Evaluation window.)
"Use Confirmation" dialog will show, in which you may choose Personal - Non-commercial use. The choice needs to be confirmed by checking a check box and then clicking on the Confirm button.
