The quickest way how to do it is to select a use case in the diagram and use the feature Select All Of Same Type (ribbon / Home / Editing / Select / Select All Of Same Type, or use the shortcut keys CTRL + T) to select all use cases in the diagram. Then press CTRL + C, open a plain text editor (e.g. Notepad), and paste the clipboard content (CTRL + V) - it will insert the list of all use cases.
