You can add additional properties using the tagged values feature. You can access it through the Properties dialog - Tagged Values tab. You can predefine default tags for the desired element types (e.g. use cases) using the Tagged Values editor - available from the ribbon / Process tab / Lists tab / Tagged Values button.
