The current documentation template works the way you described. Currently, it can be adjusted only by editing the Default documentation template (available from the ribbon / Process tab / Templates group / Documentation templates - the Default template is in the Global templates section).
However, it is a practical improvement, so we will definitely bring the new hierarchical template in one of the nearest versions of Software Ideas Modeler.
