How dock toolbox into sidebar?

How do I dock the toolbox in the sidebar?

The sidebar has the potential to be a really nice way of selecting which tool window you currently wish to work with (vertical pane selection buttons alone the vertical outside edge where you can actually see them would be a great improvement). However the Toolbox being orphaned from this functionality seems like a major shortfall.
