text disappeared

I created a model using formatted text elements.

I saved it on one computer. The file was saved in the dropbox folder. When I opened the file on another computer, the text was missing while the boxes and positions were preserved. I went back to the original computer and the text was missing too.

Is this a bug? Am I doing something wrong? thanks
