System boundary in use case (#128)

Creating a system boundary and then dragging use cases connected to another use case via extend requires the system boundary to be sent to back using the Arrange->Order->Send to back function in order to have the extension connectors shown on top of the system boundary.

I will adjust this behavior in one of next versions.

Now, you can avoid it so that you turn on 'Display relations always on top' option. You can find it here: Tools -> Options -> Diagram Editor -> Display relations always on top

Unfortunately that option is already selected, so it seems it does not work as suggested.

Very strange... I will try to find out where is the problem and fix it. Currently, I cannot reproduce it with the same settings. So it will need a deeper analysis.
