Relationship display order (#140)

1. Create new project & Class Diagramm

2. Add the first Class

3. Add the second Class

4. Add a relation between them

5. Add the third Class. Place it on the relation.

6. OK, relation is on top.

7. Uncheck Tools/Options/Diagram Editor/Display relations always on top.

8. Press OK.

9. Fine, the third class is on top now.

10. Save project and close it.

11. Open this project again

12. Wow, relation is on top again and checkbox in the options is unchecked...
