Do not dispatch empty nodes in generated documentation (#147)

Some nodes don't have any documentation. They are shown as a big heading with no text below.

This is realy disturbing and should be erased from output or displayed in some other way. Would make the generated document look more professional and avoids the work to erase them by hand.
