Element References list not updated (#1498)

(Bug Reports)

When an element is referenced in multiple diagrams, that element has an Element References list (accessible by pressing the cross above them). If one of the diagrams (referencing this object) is removed, the name of the diagram is not removed from the Element References list, and neither can it be removed manually.
