Documentation exported as Word file or HTML (#1508)

The export of a documentation results in a horribly formatted word document.

Headings are formatted using numbering with the result, that the contents is wrong if a glossary is used. Documents seems not issued even if they are added.

Same is for HTML, but the numbering is missing their.

For this issue I found some more points to mention:

- In the content, for all pages is page 1 issued.

- Template has to be saved manually using the mouse. Their is no notice if you are using a template with unsaved changes

- Using "ChangeFontBold" or other formatting procedures ends up with an empty paragraph if you want to issue hard coded text. E.g.

AddText(ChangeFontBold("Tagged Values", true))

Your Name:
You can use these formatting tags: bold italic underline
some code

quoted text

one list item per line
