Pinned sidebars disappeared after minimizing and maximizing the application (#1555)

After minimizing and maximizing the application, all the pined sidebars are disappeared. Have to go to "View -> Sidebars" to un-select and re-select them.

Reproduce steps:

1. Pin one or more sidebars

2. Minimize application

3. Maximize application. Notice that all sidebars are gone.
