Flow Ports on Block Diagrams (#1569)

When placing output flow ports on blocks in IBD, the direction defaults to input output.

Also, when the output flow ports are placed on right side of a block, the direction of the arrow points to the center of the box implying an input port instead of output. This used to work prior to version 11.87.6861.41177

The wrong direction will be fixed from "input output" to "output".

I cannot reproduce the second problem. Could you please check whether the flow port is attached to the block. Try to move the block to see whether the flow port is moved with it.

If the flow port is attached correctly and the described problem is still present, could you please create an example project with this problem and send it to softwareideas@softwareideas.net.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Hi Dusan,

I tried to recreate the port problem on a test project but could not. Then I went back to my original project and the problem was back. I think the root cause of the problem is that the port was not attaching to the block properly. I can't reproduce right now but seems like, sometimes, ports cannot be attached to blocks. When that happens, I have to remove the block from the diagram and re-add it from the project tree. Then the port sticks to the block properly until the next time the problem happens.
