Keyboard shortcuts for mindmap (#1585)

Hi,

In general, most of the mindmapping tools allows shortcuts to quickly create child nodes & siblings. Appreciate if this can be implemented.

For example, to create a child node- use Tab key and to create a sibling node, user Enter or Insert key. shortcuts helps to brainstorm a topic quickly

Hi,

Thank you for an interesting suggestion. The shortcuts will be certainly added to mindmap. The feature will be implemented soon in one of next releases.

The shortcut keys are:

  • INSERT for a new sub node
  • PageUp for inserting a new sibling above the selected node
  • PageDown for inserting a new sibling below the selected node
