Mixed line breaks (#1634)

Dear Dusan,

My version control system complains about mixed line endings for the SIM project files. This is a minor issue but it would be nice to have consistent line endings and no alert message on commit :).

Here is my analysis:

Related file: ".simp" sim project - multiple file format

\r\n - 10747 hits

\r[^\n] - 0 hits

[^\r]\n - 127 hits (found in my texts in glossary, requirement table)
