Billing (#1662)

I received a notification today that the license has expired. I typically get a bill and just pay. But, It had seemed I had recently renewed. Upon checking, I did renew in Sept. 2020, I also see that I renewed in June 2020. So it know seems I have double Paid and am being asked to pay for a 3rd time for a1 year license. I'm a bit confused as to what is happening here.......

Paid $178.89 on June 24th, 2020

Paid $178.89 on Sept. 23rd, 2020

2 Questions....

1) Do you have me on 2 licenses (I should only have/want 1)

2) Why am I getting a warning that my License has expired and being asked to renew again
