Support for C4 model (#1679)

Dear SIM team,

There is an UML simplification called C4 model. It has a clear hierarchy of diagrams. The elements and syntax is limited to a minimum.

It's great to communicate with non-technical people or in a team with little UML experience.

Yes, C4 diagrams are implemented from version 13.00.
