static keyword automaticly selected (#1704)

hi,

I try to create an interface in cpp like the following:

create class with <<interface>> streotype-> select abstract-> create method inside it->select abstract for that method->click ok

the method become also static automaticly!

I can not unselect static from the methods windows. every single method need to be opened seperatly and then unselect static.

please check this issue.
