Only confirm close dialog, if a change had been made (#175)

Hello,

If I accidentally open a Properties dialog (which happens embarrassingly often), I want to quickly close it with the Esc key. However, SIM will ask me, "Do you really want to close this dialog?" which slows me down a bit.

It would be nice if it only asked me that question, if I try to close it after making changes that I haven't applied.
