Frames in SysML diagrams (#248)

It appears to me that at least block and internal block diagrams should benefit from having the frame object available in order to have an edge where to attach ports that depicts the interface to the modeled function.

Perhaps this is different from UML where the frame is optional I believed, but in the SysML standard it appears to be mandatory. (at least I cannot find any statement about it being optional)

I will certainly add it. It could be implemented in the next release.
