enumerator as type (#257)

I added an enumerator and would like to use the values as a type for an attribute on a class.

At first it isn't available. Only when I force an edit in the diagram itself (double click) and ignore the list (which is unsorted ARGHHHH) and just type the name, sometimes magic occures, and it will accept the new type.

How do I make my new enumerator available as a type?

I want to release the new version this week - it will allow to use an enumeration as a type for an attribute. I will also make the lists sorted.
