Incorrect placement of Apply button on Styles tool pane. (#267)

On the Styles tool pane when a style is selected the name of that style is overwritten by an Apply button.

The fact that the Styles in the tool pane are selectable is imo enough of a clue that double clicking the style will apply it to the current element that the Apply button seems rather unnecessary. This is also the way styles panels in most word processors work too, so I suggest just removing the Apply buton completely.
