'property' compartment of Block in sysML not required (#269)

In sysML 1.3, I cannot find a definition of a 'property' compartment for blocks.

I'm not certain if the property compartment is there for backward compatibility? Otherwise it should not be there at all I guess.

I implemented the compartments which are used in example on page 32 of SysML 1.3 specification.

Properties compartment is described on page 45 as "Properties of any type may be shown in a “properties” compartment".

I can adjust displaying of compartments in the next version. Not used compartments will be not displayed.

Aha, sorry, missed that one (Looked in the reference section of A practical guide to SysML, that illustration differs). Hiding unused compartments would be a good idea.
