Thank you for contacting us — I understand how it might be confusing to see an “expired” notice when you expected lifetime use, and I’m glad to clarify.

Your license purchased on 30 November 2015 includes:

- Lifetime use of Software Ideas Modeler 9, plus

- All updates (including major versions) released within 12 months of your purchase — i.e., up to 1 December  2016.

You can continue to use those versions without any time limit. The latest version you can use indefinitely is version 10.55, which you can download here:

If you’d like to upgrade to the latest release and benefit from all the new features and improvements, you can renew your license update period with a 50% discount.
