Elements pasted cannot be moved (#302)

I've moved a number of SysML requirement elements from one requirements diagram to another. However, when I paste those, they cannot be moved using the mouse, only using the keyboard arrows.

...and they cannot be selected by single-clicking, only by dragging over part of the element.
