Locking element to protect against moving it (#332)

(Suggestions)

Sometimes i move the Swimlane accidently while editing my activity diagram.

I was looking for a padlock to lock this element protecting from accentidently moving it.

It would be nice if i had this option.

I think this option would fit in this little window contaning the functions "Add Comment, Change Border Color" etc.

Please, try use key shortcut Ctrl+L or menu Arrange/Lock Items

It will lock the position of item.

Thank you for your suggestion to add button for this command to the context bar. I will add it in one of next versions.
