OS X Support (#346)

I hate having to boot into Windows to use your outstanding tool. It'd be nice to be able to use this in OS X. Since the program requires .Net to be installed I'd assume you're using C# to write the program. Perhaps using Xamarin http://xamarin.com would allow an easy OS X port?

Yes, it is C#. I will analyze the existing options.

Any updates on this?

Unfortunately, there is nothing new about this...

Hey so it turns out that the .net framework is open source now. Is there any way this could be revisited?

I still think about it and return to this idea time to time. I started deeper analysis yesterday. We will see what can be done, but it seems that it will be not that easy. Problem is that there are still slight differences betweem .NET and Mono, which overall cause big problems in a large project like this, especially in GUI. It seems that there will be not an easy way, but I will try it yet.
