why there is two versions of software 32 bit and 64 bit ? Many programs is one version for windows.

In fact, most programs have only 32-bit version which runs on both 32- and 64-bit systems. It is also true that managed .NET applications (as Software Ideas Modeler) can run on AnyCPU mode which is able to choose automatically between 32- or 64-bit mode depending on host operation system on their start.

Software Ideas Modeler were built as AnyCPU in past, but currently it uses some libraries which do not support this mode, therefore there are two versions - 32 and 64-bit.
