Side bars (#383)

I have used Software Ideas Modeler for some time and after I disabled all of the side bars I don't seem to get them back when clicking on them in the top bar of the screen. I have uninstalled version 7.62 and reinstalled 7.70 and the problem still persists. The portable version shows it just fine.

Resetting application layout should solve this problem. Please, delete or rename this file to reset it: C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Roaming\DusanRodina\SoftwareIdeasModeler7\Environment\Layout.xml
