Qualified Associations (#421)

I looked for this feature in the application or in previous suggestions, but I couldn't find it. I'd love to see the concept of Qualified Associations implemented in SIM. Some examples:

The concept itself can be referenced in the UML 2.0 spec in the Superstructure document (http://www.omg.org/spec/UML/2.0/Superstructure/PDF/) on or close to p138. The example diagrams on p140, figure 7.70, help immensely.
