Instances and independent elements (#445)

Hello!

Is there any way to make instance as independent element? It's usefull, when you need to 'unfasten' element and make it independent. And it's useful to make independent element as instance of existing shared model without deleting old links and creation new.

Please, think about realisation of this feature.
