"Send Request" doesn't confirm (#54)

I've tried submitting a feature request with the Help -> Send Request menu item in the latest version, but there is no confirmation that you've received it. Also, I expected it to show up in the "Requests" list on this site, but it doesn't. Is there a way for me to know whether my request was received? (I have the Ultimate license.) Thanks!

The request module in application is older and different from this one on site. But I plan to unite these request modules soon.
