Scroll Bar disappears on top-right tab's panel (#56)

(Bug Reports)

I cannot see the scroll bar in the Style tab (it should appear because I've create a lot of custom style). That's because I use win7's application bar on right (not at bottom as default).

I've to resize the entire tab's panel to make the scroll bar appearing again, but it will disappear again and again (while using the program).

Here's an exemple just tested:

If I create a new style, scroll bar disappears.
