10.60 doesn't start (64-bit Portable)

Support

Hi.

I'm trying v.10.60 (64bit portable). The program doesn't open (OS: windows 8.1 pro 64bit) and says:

------------------------

System.InvalidOperationException: Thread exception mode cannot be changed once any Controls are created on the thread.

at System.Windows.Forms.NativeWindow.SetUnhandledExceptionModeInternal(UnhandledExceptionMode mode, Boolean threadScope)

at System.Windows.Forms.Application.SetUnhandledExceptionMode(UnhandledExceptionMode mode, Boolean threadScope)

at SoftwareIdeasModeler.Program.Main(String[] args)

------------------------

v10.55 (64bit portable) works fine.

Many thanks

Hi,

I tried to reproduce this error on machines with Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and also Windows 7 but without success. Do you have the version downloaded from this website from another source (some download portal, mirror)? Is the problem present also for freshly unpacked package (into a new empty folder) during the first run of application?

Yes, i downloaded "SoftwareIdeasModeler64-10-65.zip" archive (md5 hash: 3c05c48bd5939750c0edd598367e8a74 *SoftwareIdeasModeler64-10-65.zip

) and unstuffed in more folders (and then double-click on SoftwareIdeasModeler.exe).

Always the same error, with 10.60 too (732966dd469753a8e12a64e6e27342a1 *SoftwareIdeasModeler64-10-60.zip)

It works with SoftwareIdeasModeler64-10-56.zip (real version 10.55.6183.13710), md5 hash:

b618e1a408f55472682c6bbe60c71c4c *SoftwareIdeasModeler64-10-56.zip

Thanks

RE: RE:

Please try the new version 10.66 and let me know whether it works also for you. It should fix the problem you encountered.
